Aaron from the plumbing doctor cameout to replace and install a vanity basin for me. Aaron was incredibly friendly, experienced and efficient with completing the scope of works, additionally providing further advice and options on moving my WC.I have used plumbing doctor on a number of occasions from Bathroom Reno fit out to general plumbing issues, and will continue using them in the future.I highly recommended the plumbing doctor.

I used the plumbing doctor to fix a stormwater issue. After diagnosing the problem(s) wrong pipes and downpipes not even connected to the existing pipe work(!!) they were able to fit me in at short notice and get the job done on time. Hills and his colleague turned up the agreed time and completed the job as well as tidying up after themselves.Very happy with service provided by all including Chris and James over the phone and would recommend this company, thanks guys.

Aaron came out and fixed and replaced some taps that had been previously installed by shonky tradesmen, did a great job and was very professional. One of the few trades people who clean up after themselves, he's an asset to your company.

Rheem Electric Hot Water System replacementWe enquired through Rheem and were connected with the Plumbing Doctor. Chris and Aaron were so courteous to deal with - helpful advice, immediate emailed quote, and booked in for the next day. It was very convenient to have a one stop shop for the whole job - supply, install, connect, remove old system etc. The install looks very robust, tidy and professional. The new system is beautiful, and our water is so clean and sparkling we hardly know ourselves. We are very satisfied customers, would recommend, and would definitely use their services again. Thanks so much for making this a stress free experience. I will also post a separate review for Rheem as I was very happy with their helpline as well.

The Plumbing Doctor was quick to provide us with a plumber, Aaron, to investigate our hot water and water pressure issues. Both of these had been ongoing problems for us. The team at the Plumbing Doctor were very professional from the time I requested their services. They were able to come and see me within 24 hours. Aaron was excellent in terms of unblocking the IO pipe in my back yard and identifying that it was a Council main issue. He logged the job with Council as urgent and the matter was resolved within 2 hours. Would definitely recommend their services and professionalism in getting the job done in a timely manner.

We had an emergency water pipe burst at 2pm. The Plumbing Doctor team came out within one hour of contact and had the leak stopped and a temporary line placed so we could have water until final repairs could be completed. Darren and Theran and their assistants made us a priority, took charge and made sure we were taken care of in a responsive, professional and safe manner. We were back to normal the very next day!In addition, the invoice was fair, even for after hours repair and emergency assist. They also advised us that the Water Dept needed to replace our shut off valve with one that was in better condition. I made this call and the Water Dept replaced the valve the next day too. I cannot thank the team at The Plumbing Doctor enough for their help with our emergency. I would recommend them to others without hesitatation.

These guys are the only ones that responded. The job was outstanding, quality was really good and cleaned up very nicely. Really nice and tidy work on the gutters. Its has since rained heavily and it held up all very nicely as expected.
