I think The Plumbing Doctor with their staff are great. Always a very good and professional job done. This time a bathroom tap decided to haywire on the day we were leaving on a holiday. Once again they came to our rescue. The very first time we used them was in 1994 when my husband was renovating and managed to cut through a pipe at 10 pm (what a mess that was). We have been using them ever since, they are our plumbers.

My elderly mother’s hot water service died, and she called the plumbing doctors. Mum could not praise this company enough, from the lovely receptionist, to the assessor to the install guys. Mum said half an hour after she contacted them, someone was out to assess and the new hot waters was installed at 7am the following day. Thanks for taking such great care of my mum, highly recommend. 🙌

The toilet was hissing along with a slow but constant drip from the cistern into the bowl every time we flushed it. I knew something was wrong, but wanted to save the cash until a later time but it got so bad that it would last for hours into the night and it’d make it difficult to sleep.I decided to check out some plumbers online and The Plumbing Doctor was one that stood out reviews wise so decided to give them a try.Steve Kilpatrick came by and took a look at the issue, concluded the inlet valve needed replacing and the washer on the outlet valve was worn out and needed to be replaced as well. The isolation valve also needed changing to prevent another issue in future. Steve was upfront about how long it might take, the costs for the parts and the time it took. I watched him throughout the entire process and he was happy to answer any questions we had. Overall a lovely gentleman who did his job well, charged fairly for it and didn’t beat around the bush about it either.Thanks Steve and The Plumbing Doctor for the help

We have previously used the Plumbing Doctor and have had nothing but great service. Polite on telephone, quick response, on time, professional job and reasonable cost for job done. Great company and highly recommend them. Splitter tap was only replaced 18 months ago but company agreed to supply new tap for free and we just paid for installation. Very happy with outcome.

Not every Plumber wants to repair Caravan issues! Well we were so lucky to have Steve from the Plumbing Doctor come to the Park & replace the tap/fitting on the washing machine.
