Great service, showed up on time and got to work straight away with a hot water heater replacement in a limited space, unfortunately there was an issue where the replacement unit wouldn't fit, no fault of the Plumbing Doctor as incorrect dimensions on the heater suppliers website. A replacement heater was found and installed, a great job by Dillon, area was left clean and tidy with all rubbish removed. Would not hesitate to recommend or use the Plumbing Doctor again

Absolutely fantastic service from The Plumbing Doctor. Serious water back up from major storms over Christmas and New Year threatened our property. Made a phone call at 7.00am on 2/1/24 and Hills from the Plumbing Doctor arrived at 7.45am. Hills established quickly that we had a broken pipe which was due to a recent new fence. Problem fixed within 2 hours. The Plumbing Doctor arrive with everything necessary to detect issues, no need to contact another party for leak detection equipment. Happy with the cost as well.We would definitely recommend this company.

Just wanted to give a massive shoutout to the amazing plumbing crew who came to fix our leaky pipe today. It was a scorcher out there, a whopping 40 degrees, but these legends tackled the job with a smile and top-notch professionalism.They rocked up right on time, fully kitted out and ready to dive into the mess. Despite the heat, they were all about getting the job sorted without a single whinge. Talk about dedication! They had the leak sorted quicker than you could say 'Bob's your uncle,' and left the place spick and span. No mucking about, just solid work.What really stood out was their friendly attitude and how they took the time to explain what went wrong and how they fixed it. You don't see that kind of service every day. Top marks for customer service!

Satisfied customer, came when they said they would the gentleman that came to do the job was very respectful to my wife and very professional. So happy to have a plumber at the door within hours of making the call. No waiting for days or even weeks & in this case, with no hot water for the duration.
