Amazing experience. The team came to our rescue after another plumbing company failed to correctly find the underground leak and left us with a big hole in the ground. They always kept us in the loop with what was happening, didn't overcharge us, and then after the plumber had fixed the leak they called us to check up and make sure everything was good and if they could help us arrange ways to fix the hole made by the other plumbing company. Thank you so much. Definitely a team you can trust.

This is the 3rd time I have used the Plumbing Doctor and they never fail to impress me!Today Aaron came out for an emergency weekend appointment.He rang me straight back when I left a message and came out the same day within 75 mins of me calling him without any previous booking.He was friendly,helpful & knowledgeable and just jumped straight in and fixed the problem.Nothing was too much trouble or an inconvenience for him.When I asked him to fix a 2nd,less urgent problem while he was already here he was very obliging.He also went above and beyond what I had originally asked him to fix and found & fixed 3 other issues with my plumbing that I was unaware of.Now these extra 3 issues that he found didn't make the business any more profits so he did these purely to be helpful!This man worked hard and fast as he knew I had a doctors appointment to go to and that I had to leave at a certain time.Now that is what I call service!I won't use any other plumbing company now as Aaron and the Plumbing Doctor are the absolute best!

We've used Plumbing Doctor for about 25 years. If I have a plumbing problem I call them. Their prices are reasonable. The guys who show up to do the work are really nice people, obviously very skilled at what they are doing and are always on time. On the rare occasions when an earlier job has slowed them down, they contact us to let us know what is going on and when they should be able to get to our place. No just sitting around wondering "where are they?" I would refer them to someone else without any reservations....none whatsoever. Wonderful business run by nice people.
