Highly recommend Plumbing Doctor - we just had a water hose burst in our toilet which caused a very quick flood. We called Plumbing Doctor, they responded super quickly, arrived on time. Due to age, we ended up electing to replace both toilets in the house - they quoted the job, returned at the specified time and have now done a great job replacing the units (which required a cut down of existing tiles etc). The site has been left clean and tidy and everything is working perfectly. Thanks Aaron, you were great!!

Thankyou James, Hilliary and Cody--James answered our SOS and within the hour we had temporary hot water , quote for new hot water service, and timing agreed for installation early the next morning.Within 5 mins of the appointed time, Hillary and Cody arrived with a new unit and within a couple of hours had removed old one , installed new one together with power connection , new plumbing as regulated and turned on to start production of hot water-- all of this with no up-front charges.Within 24 hours all regulated compliance and paperwork had been completed.Thanks to THE PLUMBING DOCTOR for an extremely friendly, efficient and professional operation. Aaron has done three separate plumbing jobs at our house - moving of an air con drain, deleting a water tank, and extending a drain pipe. Two of these jobs were quite extensive, and for one of them, Aaron had to adjust his plan of attack on the fly when faced with some challenges. At all times, Aaron was professional, prompt and efficient. His work is of an excellent quality, and always does a great tidy up. He has also worked through pretty poor weather conditions!
