Commercial Roofing – Coolangatta Gold Coast

We were called to a commercial building in Coolangatta after some heavy rain to look at various roof leaks. Our plumbers were quickly able to identify many problem areas which were an ongoing issue for the building owners. We carried out temporary repairs to the roof, provided a full roof report and measured some dry pan flashings to rectify the issues. The main issues we found was penetrations through the roof, in heavy rain water was backing up behind the penetrations and spilling into the roof. The dry pan flashings are designed to divert water to other areas of the roof and away from penetrations. This is a very simple fix and prevents the roof from corroding when water is constantly sitting in the roof bay of a penetration.
